I wanted to recreate a dish from an Asian restaurant and used the paste for it. I now use it more often in other curries and tomato sauces. I like the unique taste very much and it is simply something different.

Wollte ein Gericht aus einem Asia-Restaurant nachkochen, habe dazu die Paste gebraucht. Ich verwende sie jetzt häufiger auch mal an anderen Curries oder auch für Tomatensoßen. Der einzigartige Geschmack gefällt mir sehr gut und ist einfach mal was anderes.
