Bei dieser Sojasoße wird man unweigerlich zum Fan! Passt natürlich prima zur asiatischen Küche, aber auch einfach mal pur mit Reis oder zum Marinieren. Nachdem ich die kleine Flasche zum ausprobieren bestellt hatte, kann ich nun mit ruhigem Gewissen die Große ordern.

Ich finde die Shoyu einfach nur lecker. Nicht zu mild, nicht zu würzig, nicht zu salzig. Kurzum, absolut perfekt abgeschmeckt und natürlich super geeignet für die asiatische Küche. Kann man sogar pur genießen. Von mir gibt es eine ausdrückliche Kaufempfehlung.
