Application:

1. Mix the pudding powder with 4-5 heaped tablespoons (about 50 g) of erythritol or (about 40 g) of sugar. Remove from 0.5 l of milk/milk drink approx. 100 ml and stir in the powder until smooth.
2. Bring the remaining milk to a boil.
3. Remove the pot from the hob. Add the mixed pudding powder and stir well for one minute.
4. Put the pudding again on the hot plate and bring to a boil for at least 1 minute, stirring constantly.
5. You can enjoy the finished pudding warm or fill it in a cold rinsed bowl and place it in a cool place for about 4 hours before it can be toppled.
