: Review date:Of all the vegetable broths I've tried so far, I think Eden's is the best. However, the one without yeast doesn't taste as good as this one. I find Würzl almost reminds you a little of home-cooked vegetable stock, as it gives the food a natural and full-bodied taste. Organically grown products simply taste much better. At first you have to get used to the new taste, but later you can't imagine that Maggi and co. ever tasted good to you. By the way, when the weather gets colder again, Würzl is also excellent as a hot cup to warm up the body again.
Die Gemüsebrühe von Eden finde ich von allen bisher probierten am Besten. Die ohne Hefe schmeckt mir allerdings nicht so gut wie diese hier. Ich finde Würzl erinnert einen schon fast ein wenig an selbst gekochte Gemüsebrühe, da sie den Speisen einen natürlichen und vollmundigen Geschmack verleiht. Produkte aus biologischem Anbau schmecken einfach deutlich besser. Am Anfang muss man sich erst einmal an den neuen Geschmack gewöhnen, aber später kann man sich gar nicht mehr vorstellen, dass einem Maggi und Co. überhaupt mal geschmeckt haben. Wenn es jetzt wieder kälter wird, eignet sich Würzl übrigens auch hervorragend als heiße Tasse, um den Körper wieder aufzuwärmen.

Würzl is most often used as a vegetable stock. But I also use it as a base for soups, stews or simply to season or add flavour. The spice mixture is not so dominant in taste and not too salty, but nicely balanced and aromatic. I and my family like it. I always buy the refill bag from Violey. That's good for the environment and for your wallet. And Würzl is also available here without added yeast.
Benutze seit Jahren nur noch Würzl in meiner Küche. Im Gegensatz zu Maggi und Co. ist dieses Produkt ganz natürlich aus biologischer Herkunft und ohne Geschmacksverstärker. Den häufigsten Einsatz hat Würzl bei uns als Gemüsebrühe. Verwende es aber auch als Basis für Suppen, Eintöpfe oder einfach nur zum Nachwürzen bzw. Abschmecken. Die Gewürzmischung ist nicht so dominant im Geschmack und nicht zu salzig, sondern schön ausgewogen und aromatisch. Das schmeckt mir und meiner Familie. Ich kaufe bei Violey immer nur den Nachfüllbeutel. Das schont die Umwelt und den Geldbeutel. Und Würzl gibt es hier sogar auch ohne Zusatz von Hefe.

We still use it under the name Telofix in our handwritten recipes. Würzl tastes good, adds flavour to many dishes, especially vegetarian ones. It is easy to dose and soluble and makes seasoning dishes with ready-made products superfluous. Since I have been working with Würzl, I use salt more sparingly.
Meine Familie und ich würzen schon seit Jahrzehnten mit Würzl. Der Name hat sich mehrmals geändert - die Qualität ist geblieben. Bei uns steht es noch unter dem Namen Telofix in der handgeschriebenen Rezepten. Würzl schmeckt gut, bringt Geschmack an viele Gerichte, besonders an Vegetarische. Es ist gut zu dosieren und gut löslich und macht das Würzen von Gerichten mit Fertigprodukten überflüssig. Seit ich mit Würzl arbeite, gehe ich sparsamer mit Salz um.
