I am a great lover of quinoa. The so-called Inca grain contains many important nutrients and thus contributes significantly to a healthy diet. I particularly like the puffed version from Werz. The grains taste especially good as an addition to breakfast cereals. Add a creamy natural yoghurt and breakfast is perfect!

Ich bin ein großer Liebhaber von Quinoa. Das sog. Inkakorn enthält viele wichtige Nährstoffe und trägt so wesentlich zu einer gesunden Ernährung bei. Die gepuffte Version von Werz mag ich besonders gerne. Die Körner schmecken besonders gut als Zugabe in den Frühstückscerealien. Dazu ein cremiger Naturjoghurt und das Frühstück ist perfekt!
