Cooking instruction: Bring 1.5 litres of water to a boil and add 1 teaspoon of salt. Add the millet pasta in the water and leave to soak for 4-6 minutes at low heat. Rinse the pasta with cold water and serve immediately.

Personally, I find Brown's and Valerie's ratings a bit harsh. I didn't find the Werz noodles bad at all in terms of taste. They are millet noodles, not wheat noodles. Some of them are a bit small or broken, sometimes straight and sometimes bent. It looks to me like they are not made on a conveyor belt. But I could be wrong. Since I have no comparison with other millet noodles, I think they are quite good.

Die Bewertungen von Brown und Valerie finde ich persönlich etwas hart. Geschmacklich fand ich die Werz Nudeln gar nicht schlecht. Es sind ja auch Hirse- und keine Weizennudeln. Teilweise sind sie etwas klein geraten bzw. zerbrochen, mal gerade und mal gebogen. Das sieht für mich aus als wären sie nicht vom Band hergestellt. Kann mich aber auch täuschen. Da ich bisher keinen Vergleich zu anderen Hirsenudeln habe, finde ich sie ganz gut.

It's not Violey's fault. Unfortunately, this product didn't convince me at all. I am not a pasta fan, but a fanatic... I have tried all kinds of noodles... Buckwheat, chickpea, rice.... Everything has been really tasty up to now, but unfortunately they were a complete flop. For the pet dog, it's a nice extra in the food, but nothing for me.

Violey kann nichts dafür. Dieses Produkt hat mich leider gar nicht überzeugt. Ich bin kein Nudelfan sondern Fanatiker... Alle möglichen Arten von Nudeln getestet... Buchweizen, Kichererbse, Reis.... Alles war bis jetzt richtig lecker, aber die waren leider ein Griff ins Klo. Für den Haushund ein narrates Extra im Futter, aber für mich nichts.

Leider nicht mein Fall - diese Nudeln sind nach dem Zubereiten außen matschig, in der Mitte etwas härter, der Geschmack ist mehlig und leicht bitter.. kann ich leider nicht empfehlen.
