: Review date:They were better than the millet ones. But somehow wheat tastes the best so far. I haven't tried tea noodles yet. Spelt is also very tasty and would still be my first choice instead of wheat if I could tolerate gluten etc.. Because spelt is alkaline.
Die waren besser als die aus Hirse. Aber irgendwie schmeckt leider Weizen bis jetzt am Besten. Nur Teffnudeln habe ich noch nicht probiert. Dinkel ist auch sehr lecker und wäre statt Weizen immer noch meine 1. Wahl würde ich denn das Gluten usw vertragen. Denn basisch ist Dinkel ja.
