This flour is very coarsely ground, almost like semolina and not suitable for baking bread and cakes. I have baked buckwheat biscuits with it and will continue to use it that way.

Dieses Mehl ist sehr grob gemahlen, fast wie Gries und zum Brot- und Kuchenbacken nicht geeignet. Ich habe damit Buchweizenkekse gebacken und werde es auch weiterhin so verwenden.
