: Review date:Actually, these biscuits would get the full 5 stars, but: I have been buying these biscuits continuously for a year now, because I love to eat them for breakfast with my coffee. Why? Because the biscuit dough was super crispy and baked like shortbread/sandbread, and also the taste in combination with the chocolate was absolutely successful. Now I have reordered the biscuits in larger quantities, but the entire batch with the best-before date of 22.05.2022 is not OK. Either ingredients were forgotten in the dough (the list of ingredients is unchanged) or the biscuits were not baked properly. The dough is light, soft, and in already three packs it was almost mushy, so I discarded the packs full, it tasted creepy. Today I opened the fourth pack of the batch, slightly better, not quite as soft, but again the biscuit dough is not ok. Such a shame, I love the biscuits in the quality I'm used to. But I don't understand why quality control doesn't notice that the taste and consistency of a whole batch are so different. I hope this will change again, but I'm still annoyed by the money I've spent on four packs of biscuits that I either had to throw away or eat reluctantly at best.
Eigentlich würden diesKekse die vollen 5 Sterne bekommen, aber: Ich kaufe die Kekse nun ununterbrochen seit bestimmt einem Jahr, da ich sie sehr gerne zum Frühstück zum Kaffee esse. Warum? Weil der Kekesteig superknusprig und wie Mürb/Sandgebäck gebacken war, und auch der Geschmack in Kombination mit der Schokolade absolut gelungen ist. Nun habe ich die Kekse in größerer Menge wieder nachbestellt, aber die gesamte Charge mit MHD 22.05.2022 ist nicht in Ordnung. Entweder wurden da beim Teig Zutaten vergessen (die Zutatenliste ist unverändert) oder die Kekse wurde nicht ordentlich gebacken. Der Teig ist hell, weich, und in bereits drei Packungen war er fast matschig, so dass ich die Packungen voll entsorgt habe, das hat gruselig geschmeckt. Heute habe ich die vierte Packung der Charge geöffnet, etwas besser, nicht ganz so weich, aber wieder ist der Keksteig nicht in Ordnung. So schade, ich liebe die Kekse in der gewohnten Qualität. Dass aber bei einer ganzen Charge bei der Qualitätskontrolle nicht auffällt, dass Geschmack und Konsistenz so abweichen, verstehe ich nicht. Ich hoffe das ändert sich wieder, trotzdem ärgert mich das Geld für mittlerweile vier Kekspackungen die ich entweder wegwerfen musste oder nun höchstens widerwillig esse.

Sehr leckerer leichter Keks! Reissirup machts möglich. Auch der angenehme und nicht so üppige Schokoladenguss auf der Rückseite rundet den Geschmack bestens ab. Für mich seit Jahren einer der leckersten Kaffee-Kekse, völlig ohne allergieproduzierenden Stoffe.
