: Review date:Basically very good quality. However, as with the Werz toast, the relatively thin cake base breaks easily. Cracks were already visible after removal from the packaging. However, this can be repaired with custard after careful removal from the packaging. Then top with fresh sour cherries (drained) and gelatine substitute. For us, this is a very tasty cake base and if we are gluten intolerant, as we are, the cake base was very well tolerated. We are satisfied.
Grundsätzlich sehr gute Qualität. Jedoch wie auch beim Toastbrot von Werz bricht der relativ dünne Tortenboden leicht. Risse waren schon nach Entnahme aus der Packung sichtbar. Das lässt sich aber nach vorsichtiger Entnahme aus der Verpackung mit Pudding kitten. Dann frische Sauerkirschen (abgetropft) drauf und Gelantineersatz. Für uns ist das ein sehr schmackhafter Tortenboden und bei Glutenunverträglichkeit wie bei uns wurde der Tortenboden sehr gut vertragen. Sind zufrieden.
