Werz Organic Christmas Biscuit Baking Mix. Baking mix made from rice flour for gluten-free biscuit baking. Even beginners can bake beautifully shaped biscuits with the star-shaped biscuit cutter included in the pack.
Recipe:
  • 500 g baking mix
  • 250 g butter or margarine
  • 1 egg or 60 ml water
Knead all the ingredients together in a bowl. Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes. Place the dough on a floured surface, roll out to approx. 3 mm and cut out as desired. Place the cut-out biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (top and bottom heat) for 8-12 minutes.

Unfortunately, the biscuits now only have one shape. But without the cutter that comes in the packet, I would probably have had to cut the biscuits out with a knife.

Die Plätzchen haben jetzt leider nur eine Form. Aber ohne den Ausstecher, der in der Packung dabei ist, hätte ich die Plätzchen wahrscheinlich mit einem Messer ausschneiden müssen.
