Ingredients for three small portions:
- 80 g Werz buckwheat wholemeal flakes
- 250 ml rice milk
- 1 tablespoon raw cocoa
- 2 - 3 tbsp Werz rice syrup
- 1 pinch vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- Fruit and nuts to taste
Preparation:
- Put the rice milk with the baking cocoa and the Werz Buckwheat Wholemeal Flakes in a pot. Heat while stirring and bring to a simmer.
- Turn off the heat and put the lid on the pot so that the buckwheat flakes can can steep and soften for another 5 - 7 minutes.
- Now stir in the coconut oil, vanilla powder and Werz rice syrup. You can sweeten the mixture as desired.
Blueberries, currants, mango and banana taste great with buckwheat flakes porridge with a fine hint of cocoa. Enjoy your meal.
