Who won the Stiftung Warentest test and when is not decisive for me. For me, it's the actual use and protection that counts: If you are ill and have a severe cold, your nose is more likely to get sore compared to other well-known brands, because the wipes are not quite as extremely soft. However, this has its advantage when the cold is quite liquid - nothing gets through the handkerchief. In addition, there are no bleaching agents or perfumes in the cotton handkerchief - which is more to the liking of my nose and respiratory tract and the environment than the perfume-soaked handkerchiefs from the shops.
Gleiche Größe, gleiche Anzahl und auch preislich stehen die Wepa Taschentücher konventionellen Produkten in nichts nach. Wer wann Testsieger der Stiftung Warentest war, ist für mich grundsätzlich nicht ausschlaggebend. Denn auf den tatsächlichen Einsatz und Schutz kommt es bei mir an: Ist man krank und hat starken Schnupfen, wird die Nase im Vergleich zu anderen bekannten Marken schon eher wund, da die Tücher nicht ganz so extrem weich sind. Allerdings hat das seinen Vorteil, wenn der Schnupfen recht flüssig ist - es kommt nichts durch das Taschentuch durch. Außerdem sind keine Bleichmittel und Parfümstoffe in dem Baumwolltuch enthalten - das dürfte meiner Nase und Atemwegen und der Umwelt dann doch eher gefallen als die mit Duftstoffen getränkten Taschentücher aus dem Handel.
