Use morning and evening. Dampen your hands with warm water, then squeeze a small amount of cleanser into the palm of your hand. Apply to the face and neck, avoiding the eye area, and gently massage your face, circling out towards your jaw. Rinse thoroughly with warm water to remove all residues.

I use the wash gel when my skin is prone to blemishes. I have very dry skin otherwise. I don't feel that the wash gel dries out my skin even more, it just soothes the impurities.
