I spray the oil directly on my belly. It leaves a pleasant feeling on the skin, my skin has become very soft and I feel that there are fewer stretch marks. Unfortunately, I find the smell of the oil very strong, less almond smell would have been enough. Maybe you should try the small size first to get to know the scent.

Ich sprühe das Öl direkt auf meinen Bauch. Es hinterlässt ein angenehmes Hautgefühl, meine Haut ist ganz weich geworden und hat gefühlt auch weniger Dehnungsstreifen. Ich finde den Geruch des Öls leider sehr stark, weniger Mandelgeruch hätte auch gereicht. Eventuell sollte man erstmal die kleine Größe ausprobieren, um den Duft kennenzulernen.
