Brush teeth 2 x daily. For children up to 2 years only a rice grain-sized amount of dental gel from 2 to 6 years only use a pea-sized amount of tooth gel. To avoid excessive swallowing, only brush teeth under supervision. If additional fluoride is ingested, consult a dentist or doctor. Use tooth gel with 1450 ppm fluoride from the 6th birthday.
