Very good essence, which was not used in our family for strains, bruises or contusions. But it has been used all the more often for aching muscles, a small bump in the junior's back or similar.

Sehr gute Essenz, die zwar bei uns in der Familie weder bei Zerrungen, noch bei Blutergüssen oder Prellungen zum Einsatz kam. Dafür aber um so öfter bei sich anbahnendem Muskelkater, einer kleinen Beule beim Junior oder ähnlichem.

Use it after martial arts and for torn ligaments or after twisting an ankle. Make a poultice and put a cloth soaked in essence into it. It is very pleasant and soothing, hardly smells and has not left any stains so far. Definitely my favourite together with the gel for blunt injuries!

Verwende ihn nach dem Kampfsport und bei Bänderissen, bzw. nach dem Umknicken. Mache einen Umschlag und lege ein mit Essenz getränktes Tuch hinein. Ist sehr angenehm und wohltuend, riecht dabei kaum und hat bis jetzt auch noch keinerlei Flecken hinterlassen. Definitiv zusammen mit dem Gel mein Favorit für stumpfe Verletzungen!
