: Review date:Without a doubt a good home-made sausage! It reminds me very much of my grandfather's really homemade/ home-made Mettwurst with every step - at least in terms of consistency. However, the taste of grandpa's sausage was by far better! Honestly, if I hadn't known, I wouldn't have thought of "onion mettwurst"! Personally, I like an onion sausage to be spreadable and it should also taste of onions! This Hausmacher Zwiebelmett is firm and spicy, has an acceptable ingredient list and good value for money. I wouldn't buy it again though....
Zweifelsohne eine gute Hausmacher Wurst! Sie erinnert mich sehr an die wirklich mit jedem Schritt selbst/hausgemachte Mettwurst meines Opas - zumindest was die Konsistenz angeht. Der Geschmack von Opas Wurst war allerdings bei Weitem besser! Ehrlich gesagt, hätte ich es nicht gewußt, wäre ich auf "Zwiebelmettwurst" nicht gekommen! Ich persönlich habe eine Zwiebelmettwurst gerne streichfähig und sie sollte auch nach Zwiebeln schmecken! Diese Hausmacher Zwiebelmett ist fest und würzig, hat eine annehmbare Zutatenliste und ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Ich würde sie allerdings nicht mehr kaufen...
