: Review date:I think this blood sausage is very good. It has "Schmackes" in the sense of fat - so it fills you up well. The taste is rather mild and I like to "mustard" it. If you don't have an organic butcher or a conventional butcher nearby who slaughters his animals in an animal-friendly way and also pays attention to the previous husbandry, it's worth having a few jars of this at home.
Ich finde diese Blutwurst sehr gut. Sie hat "Schmackes" im Sinne von Fett - macht also gut satt. Der Geschmack ist eher sehr mild und ich "senfe" es gerne.
