: Review date:Makes delicious ice cream - mix the syrup with lemon juice until it no longer forms streaks, then fill with water and freeze in ice moulds. Children big and small love it. (Without stirring with lemon juice, the syrup settles).

Leider schmeckt der Sirup fast nicht nach Himbeere, sondern einfach nur süß. Da war ich enttäuscht. Bei dem Bio Sirup Rhabarber von Voelkel war es das Gegenteil, dieser schmeckte stark nach Rhabarber.

We mix the syrup with water, but it also tastes good in sparkling wine or cocktails. The 500 ml bottle always lasts a long time, because you only need very little.
In der Familie trinken wir sehr gerne die Voelkel Bio Sirup Sorten. Wir haben schon Cassis, Rhabarber und Himbeere probiert. Himbeere ist unser Favorit. Wir mischen den Sirup mit Wasser, er schmeckt aber auch im Sekt oder im Cocktail. Die 500 ml Flasche hält bei uns immer lange, da man wirklich nur sehr wenig braucht.
