Wir haben letzte Woche alkoholfreie Cocktails gemischt. Hierbei kam auch der Ingwersirup zum Einsatz. Er ist nicht so scharf, wie ich es erwartet hätte. Er hat eher einen würzigen, leicht süßlichen und erst im Abgang schärferen Geschmack.
