: Review date:One of the most ingenious chocolates ever - and once again from Ecofinia/Weinrich. :-)
White chocolate is a tricky subject in my eyes - melting, sweetness, ... many taste woody, others just profilessly squeaky sweet, still others like pure vanilla sticks with melting. ;-)
And a hell of a lot of them are tickling. You inhale them away before you know it - and I like to enjoy, eat chocolate consciously. With chocolates that scream "eat me" every time, I'm out very quickly. In short: most of them contain soya lecithin (appetising), almost all of them contain soya lecithin and vanilla (also appetising) in combination. In other words, almost all organic chocolates except Weinrich's.
This treat does contain lecithin, but it is sunflower-based. According to my many years of chocolate-loving experience, this does not add to the flavour.
This fine chocolate is a perfectly balanced mix of vanilla, the nutty taste of hemp and salt, nothing drowns out the other components. And it melts too ;-)
Ja! it's sweeter than my "everyday chocolate", the Caramel Inka Salt from Vivani, but it's still within tolerable limits for a white chocolate.
I'm sure it will be a welcome guest in the sweets drawer. :-)
Eine der genialsten Schokoladen jemals - und wieder mal aus dem Hause Ecofinia/Weinrich. :-)
Weiße Schokolade ist in meinen Augen ein trickreiches Thema - Schmelz, Süße, ... viele schmecken holzig, andere einfach nur profillos quietschsüß, wieder andere wie pure Vanillestangen mit Schmelz. ;-)
Und verdammt viele fixen an. Man inhaliert sie weg, ehe man sich versieht - und ich genieße gerne, esse Schokolade bewusst. Bei Schokoladen, die jedesmal laut "Iss mich" rufen, bin ich ganz schnell raus. Kurz: bei den meisten mit Sojalecithin (appetitanregend), bei nahezu allen mit Sojalecithin und Vanille (auch appetitanregend) in Kombi. Also bei fast allen Bioschokoladen außer den weinrichschen.
Bei diesem Leckerchen ist zwar Lecithin enthalten, jedoch auf Sonnenblumen-Basis. Fixt meiner schokofreudigen langjährigen Erfahrung nach nicht an.
Diese feine Schokolade ist ein perfekt abgestimmter Mix aus Vanille, dem nussigen Geschmack von Hanf und Salz, nichts übertönt die jeweils anderen Komponenten. Und Schmelz kannse auch. ;-)
Ja, sie ist süßer als meine "Alltagsschokolade", die Caramel Inka Salz von Vivani, liegt aber für eine Weiße im erträglichen Rahmen.
Wird sicher auch ein gerne gesehener Gast in der Schnuckereien-Schublade. :-)
