Vivani Organic Superior Dark 100% Cocoa + Nibs. Just cocoa mass, cocoa butter and crunchy cocoa nibs – that’s it. A good portion of cocoa butter guarantees a silky finish, despite the intensity. WOW, a heavenly flavour for me! Very balanced, and the little pieces inside are one of the best things about this chocolate :-)

The flavour of Vivani Edel Bitter 100% Cacao + Nibs is absolutely the best dark chocolate I have ever enjoyed, and the majority of our large family felt the same way. You can't have more than a small piece anyway, which is great for a chocolate addiction. A small piece of chocolate in coffee, cocoa, etc. improves their flavour or in banana and other smoothies. However, some people, including myself, found the cocoa nibs very tasty, but their sharp edges and the pointed shape of the nibs too unpleasant for the gums and oral mucosa. Our wish for Vivani would therefore be the 100% dark chocolate without nibs.

Die Vivani Edel Bitter 100% Cacao + Nibs ist geschmacklich die absolut beste Bitterschokolade die ich jemals genossen habe, der Mehrzahl unserer großen Familie ging es genauso. Mehr als ein kleines Stückchen geht sowieso nicht, was einer Schokosucht sehr entgegen kommt. Ein kleines Stückchen der Schokolade in Kaffee, Kakao u.a. verbessert deren Genuss oder in Bananen- und anderen Smoothies. Allerdings empfanden einige, zu denen ich mich auch zähle, die Kakao Nibs dann doch als zwar sehr lecker, aber deren scharfen Kanten und die spitze Form der Nibs als fürs Zahnfleisch und auch die Mundschleimhaut als zu unangenehm. Unser Wunsch an Vivani wäre also, die Bitterschokolade 100% ohne Nibs.

I used to have the 99% but I like to treat myself to 1% more. The aroma is wonderfully strong. There's nothing better with espresso.

Now it's not available again, as I just saw when I opened the article to rate it. It's a good thing that I still had a few bars left from the last delivery. I'm pleased to have found an unsweetened variety with 100% cocoa here, which is the same price as the sugary ones from Vivani. The crunchiness of the nibs and the creaminess complement each other quite well, in my opinion. I am always happy to find products at Violey that are extraordinary - and at the same time a little cheaper than elsewhere.

Nun ist sie schon wieder nicht verfügbar, wie ich gerade gesehen habe, als ich den Artikel aufrief, um ihn zu bewerten. Gut, dass ich von der letzten Lieferung noch einige Tafeln abbekommen habe. Es erfreut mich, dass ich hier eine ungesüßte Sorte mit 100% Kakao gefunden habe, welche im Preis gleich ist wie die zuckerhaltigen von Vivani. Das Knackige durch die Nibs und das Cremige ergänzen sich nach meinem Empfinden recht gut. Ich bin immer aufs Neue wieder glücklich, bei Violey Produkte zu finden, die außerordentlich sind - und gleichzeitig etwas günstiger als anderswo.
