We love snacking on Vivani chocolates with coconut blossom sugar. They taste good and with the alternative sweetness they have a pleasant flavour for us. Not too sweet, thanks to the high cocoa content. As always, the quality is right.

I can absolutely agree with the numerous positive impressions. At first, I was really worried whether the Feine Bitter with 92% cocoa wouldn't taste totally bitter, as the cocoa content is set very high. However, I was clearly proven wrong. The chocolate has a wonderfully soft melting and is surprisingly sweet in taste, even though it contains very little coconut blossom sugar. In my opinion, it is not only suitable for dark chocolate fans!

Den zahlreichen positiven Eindrücken kann ich absolut zustimmen. Anfangs hatte ich wirklich Bedenken, ob die Feine Bitter mit 92% Kakao nicht total bitter schmecken würde, da der Kakaoanteil doch sehr sehr hoch angesetzt ist. Ich wurde jedoch eindeutig eines Besseren belehrt. Die Schokolade hat einen wunderbar weichen Schmelz und ist erstaunlich süß im Geschmack, obwohl nur ganz wenig Kokosblütenzucker enthalten ist. Wow, what a delicious chocolate. With all the great reviews, I had to try it and I'm totally thrilled. It is very tart, but not as bitter as other chocolates with over 90 percent cocoa. I think this is also due to the coconut blossom sugar. The consistency of the chocolate is simply melt-in-the-mouth. In our house, I have the great fortune to be the only person who has a preference for dark chocolate. So I have everything to myself and don't have to worry about secret chocolate thieves ;-) I have already ordered the next batch from Violey.

This chocolate is amazing. I am a self-confessed lover of dark chocolate and the extremely high cocoa content makes this chocolate all the more delicious.
