The chocolate has a wonderfully soft melting and is surprisingly sweet in taste, even though it contains very little coconut blossom sugar. In my opinion, it is not only suitable for dark chocolate fans!

Sie ist sehr dunkel, fast schwarz und hat einen starken Geruch nach Kakao. Ich finde den Geschmack aber schon recht bitter und kann von den vorher beschriebenen Eigenschaften, wie süß oder mild nichts erkennen. Da hilft auch der zugefügte Kokosblütenzucker nichts. Für mich persönlich ist sie wirklich ein ganzes Stück zu herb, 92 Prozent Kakao sind mir dann doch zu viel. An der Qualität gibt es aber nichts zu meckern. Ich hab die Tafel inzwischen meinem Mann gegeben, dem schmeckt sie.

Ganz dünn ausgewalzt schmeckt man das besondere Aroma sehr intensiv. Der Kokosblütenzucker sorgt für eine ganz leichte karamellige Note, die super zum Schokogeschmack passt.
