A good introduction for milk chocolate eaters to this completely different world of dark chocolate.
Im Nicht-Rohkostbereich ist diese eine Schokolade mit höherem Kakaogehalt, die aber gegenüber den Kennern hochprozentiger Schokoladen (85%, 92% und 99% aus dem gleichen Haus Vivani) auch aufgrund des gewissen "Schmelz" noch gut für "normale" Schokoladenesser einen Genuss darstellt. Ein guter Einstieg also auch für einen Milchschokolade-Esser in diese ganz andere Bitterschokoladewelt.
