All those who find "normal dark chocolate" too weak should definitely try it. The bar is divided into relatively large pieces and one of them, in the afternoon, is quite enough to satisfy the chocolate craving for a day. I always have a bar in my desk drawer. In the past, I often had my chocolate eaten away - those days are over! If you're only used to sweet milk chocolate, you won't be able to do much with this bar... By the way, fine Bitter 99% goes great with a cup of espresso. And like all Vivani chocolates, it has a very delicate melting texture. Full marks!
Diese Schokolade ist der Wahnsinn! 99% Kakaogehalt - da trennt sich die Spreu vom Weizen. Hier schmeckt man wirklich noch das kräftige Kakaoaroma. Alle denen "normale Zartbitter" zu lasch ist, sollten sie unbedingt probieren. Die Tafel ist in relativ große Stücke eingeteilt und eins davon, am Nachmittag, reicht völlig aus um den Schokoladenheißhunger für einen Tag zu stillen. Ich hab immer eine Tafel in meiner Schreibtischschublade. Früher wurde mir oft meine Schokolade weggegessen - die Zeiten sind vorbei! Wer nur papp-süße Milchschokolade gewohnt ist, wird mit dieser Tafel nämlich nicht viel anfangen können... feine Bitter 99% passt übrigens super zu einem Tässchen Espresso. Und wie alle Vivani Schokoladen hat sie einen ganz zarten Schmelz. Volle Punktzahl!
