Otherwise, you can't go wrong with this purchase. Vivani is simply delicious and highly recommended.
Auch ich bin sehr angetan von der Schokolade. Sie schmeckt herb und intensiv nach Kakao. Dabei ist sie nicht zu süß, aber auch nicht zu bitter, sondern harmonisch und aromatisch, mit einem tollen Schmelz. Die Konsistenz ist im Biss zunächst recht hart, zergeht dann aber auf der Zunge. Man merkt sofort, dass es sich um hier eine qualitativ hochwertige Schokolade handelt. Leider ist diese jedoch in Alufolie eingepackt. Hier würde ich mir, im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit, eine ökologischere Verpackung wünschen und ziehe deswegen auch einen Stern ab. Ansonsten kann man mit dem Kauf nichts falsch machen. Die Vivani ist einfach köstlich und sehr zu empfehlen.

This fine dark chocolate has a high cocoa content and is sweetened with raw cane sugar. The colour is dark brown with a slightly reddish tinge. It has a wonderfully smooth melting texture and an intense cocoa flavour. This is a vegan chocolate that is also a decent size at 100 grams. Unfortunately, it's not tart enough for me. I prefer a cocoa content of over 80%. But for those who don't like it quite so tart, this chocolate is perfect. And for the high quality, it's really cheap.
Als ein großer Anhänger von Bitterschokolade habe ich schon alle möglichen Marken bzw. Sorten ausprobiert und kann Vivani sehr empfehlen. Diese Feine Bitter Schokolade hat einen hohen Kakaoanteil und wird mit Rohrohrzucker gesüßt. Die Farbe ist dunkelbraun mit einem leicht rötlichen Stich. Sie hat einen wunderbar zarten Schmelz und einen intensiven Kakaogeschmack. Es handelt sich hier um eine vegane Schokolade, die mit 100 Gramm zudem eine ordentliche Größe hat. Mir ist sie aber leider nicht herb genug. Ich bevorzuge einen Kakaoanteil von über 80%. Aber für alle, die es nicht ganz so herb mögen, ist diese Schokolade perfekt. Und für die hohe Qualität wirklich günstig.
