Stir one tablespoon (max. 5 g) daily into plenty of liquid (at least 300 ml) such as water or juice and drink immediately. Then drink 1-2 glasses of liquid.
It is recommended to start with a smaller portion at the beginning of the intake and to increase it gradually up to 5 g per day, depending on your needs.
