I have ordered this oil very often now because of its composition of fatty acids. I really like the nutty flavour. Unfortunately, it is a bit expensive, but you shouldn't consume more than 2 tablespoons a day anyway.

Ich habe dieses Öl nun schon sehr of bestellt, wegen seiner Zusammensetzung an Fettsäuren. Ich mag den nussigen Geschmack sehr gerne. Leider ist es etwas teuer, aber mehr als 2 EL sollen ja pro Tag sowieso nicht verzehrt werden.
