: Review date:I don't expect real noodles from a "Noodles Art". That's why I find it hard to understand the bad reviews. For me, the end justifies the means (filling/low calories) and prepared accordingly, I think konjac noodles are really good. I give it three stars because shirataki products are sold at quite a high price.
Ich erwarte von einer "Noodles Art" keine echten Nudeln. Daher kann ich die schlechten Bewertungen nur schwer nachvollziehen. Für mich heiligt der Zweck die Mittel (sättigend/wenig Kalorien) und entsprechend zubereitet, finde ich Konjak Nudeln richtig gut. Drei Sterne gibt es von mir, weil Shirataki Produkte recht teuer verkauft werden.

: Review date:Konjac noodles should taste neutral - like rice noodles - after thorough rinsing. This is the case with this product. However, due to the extremely rubbery and very firm consistency, which does not change even after frying, boiling or prolonged steeping in a stock, the noodles are simply indigestible even when chewed thoroughly and for a long time and are therefore not enjoyable. I will definitely not buy this product again, there are other manufacturers who offer a much better (and therefore edible) consistency.
Konjaknudeln sollten geschmacklich nach gründlichem Abspülen neutral - wie Reisnudeln - schmecken. Das ist bei diesem Produkt gegeben. Aber: Durch die extrem gummiartige und sehr feste Konsistenz, die sich auch nach Braten, Kochen oder längerem Ziehen in einem Fond nicht ändert, sind die Nudeln auch bei gründlichstem und langem Kauen schlicht unverdaulich und damit kein Genuss. Dieses Produkt werde ich definitiv nicht wieder kaufen, es gibt andere Hersteller, die deutlich bessere (und damit essbare) Konsistenz anbieten.

Nevertheless, brave as I was, I prepared a delicious tomato sauce and mixed it with the """noodles""". And tasted it. Horrible!!! To me, it is just a completely tasteless, rubbery, chewy mass that you chew on and, if you like (I don't), kind of swallow. I can't get my head around it, it's just awful. I also tried the """rice""". The smell, consistency and taste are the same, but it's easier to swallow or you don't have to chew it soooo much because it's so small.
Im meinem ganzen Leben habe ich noch nicht so ein "Lebensmittel" - ich würde eher sagen "Produkt" - probiert. Kein Wunder, dass der Inhalt doppelt in Folie verschweißt ist: Natürlich, um die Masse zu schützen, aber gleichzeitig schützt sie auch den Kunden vor dem fischigem Geruch, der einem beim Öffnen entgegen"duftet". Nach dem vorgeschriebenen mehrfachen Abspülen verschwindet dieser weitgehend, aber der Appetit ist schon einmal dahin. Nichtdestrotrotz, mutig wie ich war, habe ich eine leckere Tomatensauce zubereitet und mit den """Nudeln""" vermengt. Und probiert. Grauenhaft!!! Es handelt sich für mich einfach um eine völlig geschmackslose, gummiartige, zähe Masse, auf der man herumkaut und, wenn man mag (ich nicht), irgendwie schluckt. Ich kann mich garnicht einkriegen, einfach schrecklich. Den """Reis""" habe ich auch probiert. Geruch, Konsistenz und Geschmack sind gleich, er ist aber leichter zu schlucken bzw. man muss nicht sooooo darauf herumkauen, weil er so klein ist.
