: Review date:Very intense. At least for my palate. Some might see it differently, but for me it's a bit too spicy. It's actually a sign that there's enough wild garlic in it. I always spread it a little wider on the bread. Put some sausage or cheese on top, and it's fine.
Sehr intensiv. Jedenfalls für meinen Gaumen. Mancher wird das vielleicht anders sehen, aber mir ist er ein bisschen zu würzig. Ist ja eigentlich ein Zeichen, dass auch genug Bärlauch drin ist. Ich streiche es dann immer etwas breiter auf's Brot. Wurst oder Käse drüber, dann geht es.
