: Review date:The egg flavour comes through particularly well if you have the food to be seasoned on the plate and then sprinkle some kala namak over it with a shaker or your fingers. That way it smells of egg even before you eat it. I like it very much.
Der Eigeschmack kommt besonders gut durch, wenn man die zu würzende Mahlzeit auf dem Teller hat und dann mit einem Streuer oder den Fingern etwas Kala Namak darüber streut. So duftet es schon nach Ei, bevor man es isst. Mir gefällt es sehr gut.
