Vitam yeast extract refines sauces and has been on my breakfast table for many years: on cream cheese, under quark or "just" on butter or margarine. Now I have learned to appreciate yeast extract as a component of vegan cuisine: in spreads as well as in cheese "substitute" recipes.

Vitam Hefeextrakt verfeinert Soßen und gehört seit vielen Jahren auf meinen Frühstückstisch: auf Frischkäse, unter Quark oder auch "nur" auf Butter bzw. Margarine. Nun habe ich den Hefeextrakt als Komponente der veganen Küche schätzen gelernt: in Brotaufstrichen sowie in Käse-"Ersatz"-Rezepten.
