: Review date:It tastes a little less sweet than sugar, more like icing sugar, but that's why it's a sugar substitute. But it has no calories and is ideal for baking and cooking. Unfortunately, it is a bit expensive. So you use it more sparingly. Which is not wrong.
Er schmeckt etwas weniger süß als Zucker, gefühlt eher wie Puderzucker, aber dafür ist es ja auch Zuckerersatz. Doch kommt er ohne Kalorien aus und ist bestens geeignet zum Backen und Kochen. Nur leider etwas sehr teuer. Somit geht man sparsamer damit um. Was ja auch nicht verkehrt ist.
