: 5 Stars Review by Kati S.
: Review date:Very tasty and versatile. I mix my protein shakes with it. In my eyes (besides hemp protein, which I don't like), it's the best and highest-quality vegetable protein, because it has all the essential amino acids and alkaline metabolism, plus it's purine-free. It doesn't have a strong flavour of its own and harmonises well with cocoa and peanut butter, as well as with berries and coconut... just be creative. This way you save the instant powders, which often cost many times as much. I would generally advise against soy, but that's something everyone has to decide for themselves.
