Take 2 capsules per day with 200ml of water. (Ideally on an empty stomach).

Ingredients:

Inulin, coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cranberry juice powder (maltodextrin, cranberry juice concentrate), rice starch, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lacticaseibacillus casei, Lactobacillus crispatus, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus evenly distributed, per strain: 5 x 10⁸ CFU/capsule, nicotinamide (vitamin B3), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin B7 (biotin).
