: Review date:A great pesto! I sometimes eat it with a slice of bread or mix it into sauces that lack a little kick. The wild garlic tastes fantastic and the spiciness is well chosen - not too hot. Pure pleasure for me.
Ein tolles Pesto! Ich esse es auch mal mit einer Scheibe Brot oder mische etwas in Soßen, denen noch ein kleiner Kick fehlt. Der Bärlauch schmeckt ganz fantastisch raus und die Schärfe ist wohl gewählt - nicht zu scharf. Für mich Genuss pur.

Ein herrlich intensives Pesto. Jedenfalls, was den Bärlauch betrifft. Die Schärfe könnte gerne etwas mehr sein, aber da kann man ja problemlos nachhelfen. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden und mit den anderen 2 Sorten haben wir in unserer Küche eine schöne Abwechslung parat.

Man muss kein Held sein, um dieses Pesto genießen zu können. So scharf ist es dann doch nicht. Aber geschmacklich ein voller Erfolg. So richtig schön würzig. Könnte ein Dauerbrenner in unserer mediterranen Küche werden.
