It is best to prepare a cold breakfast bowl with double the amount of cold liquid (e.g. oat drink) and leave the psyllium husks to swell for approx. 5 minutes. Warm liquid reduces the swelling time. Always drink enough.
Tip: Refine the Tigernut Bowl with fresh apple pieces and a spoonful of almond butter.
