Preparation of porridge:
  1. Place 50 g in a saucepan.
  2. Mix with 180 ml milk or plant-based drink.
  3. Heat for 5 minutes while stirring.
  4. Leave to infuse briefly and enjoy.

Preparation of muesli:
  1. Put 50 g in a bowl.
  2. Mix with 150 ml milk, yoghurt or a plant-based alternative.
  3. Enjoy.
