Pretty cool. You can regulate the nutritional values a bit, depending on whether you add water or milk. Here in the mountains, there are also sources where you can top up your bottle on the way. This saves weight in your rucksack. It's always funny for the others when I unpack the bottle :-D

Ziemlich cool. Man kann die Nährwerte ein bisschen regulieren, je nachdem ob man Wasser oder Milch hinzugibt. Bei uns in den Bergen gibts auch Quellen, an denen man die Flasche erst unterwegs auffüllen kann. So spart man Gewicht im Rucksack. Ist irgendwie auch immer witzig für die Anderen, wenn ich die Flasche auspacke :-D
