It's that simple:
In a saucepan: Pour the contents into a saucepan and heat over a medium heat, stirring occasionally.
In the microwave: Remove the lid (cracks when first opened) and heat the jar in the microwave at 650 watts for approx. 1 minute. Remove the foil from the mug and heat in the microwave at 650 watts for approx. 1 minute.
Cooking time may vary depending on the appliance. Take out carefully when hot.
