Trafo Organic Handcooked Chips Sweet Chilli. Made from organic potatoes, organic sunflower oil and seasalt. Organic potato chips of Trafo are produced in a traditional way in a small family business. Trafo use selected potatoes, grown in fertile organic land.
The hand cooked chips are slower, longer, and deep-fried at a lower temperature than traditional potato chips. Through this manufacturing process, the chips get their flavor and are especially crispy. Refined with a delicious sweet chilli spice.

Unfortunately, these chips tasted stale and smelled musty. That was the first time. Too bad about the money.

Habe nach langem Suchen und Testen die für mich besten Chips auf dem Markt gefunden. Nicht nur der hervorragende Geschmack, sondern auch die Herstellung bei niedriger Temperatur (dadurch Vermeidung hoher Acrylamidwerte!) sind hervorzuheben. Perfekt gewürzt, nicht zu scharf. Empfehlung!
