Pure dried Seaweed

TerraSana Organic Wakame. Wakame is a dark green, somewhat smooth seaweed with a delicious umami flavour. It is most commonly used in Japanese salads and soups, but also enhances dishes from all over the world.
Preparation:
  1. Rinse the wakame well and soak for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pour away the soaking water and cut the wakame into pieces.
  3. Cook the wakame in the soup for a minute or use raw in salads.
