The vegetable salad made from white cabbage, carrots and peppers has a spicy, fruity and tangy flavour. In my eagerness to try something Indonesian, I tried the mix on its own. The flavour was not really my cup of tea, so I added the Atjar Tjampoer to an Asian curry and rice dish, which was the better choice in terms of flavour (and that is also the actual preparation recommendation). In my opinion, TerraSana's product is suitable for people who already know a bit about Asian cooking, because the product can do more than I used it for my amateurish use!

Der Gemüsesalat aus Weißkohl, Karotten und Paprika schmeckt würzig-fruchtig-säuerlich. Ich hatte in meiner Vorfreude, mal etwas Indonesisches zu probieren, den Mix direkt pur probiert. Das war geschmacklich eher nicht mein Fall, so dass ich das Atjar Tjampoer zu einem asiatischen Curry-Reis-Gericht hinzugegeben habe, was die geschmacklich bessere Entscheidung (und so ist ja auch die eigentliche Zubereitungsempfehlung) war. Das Produkt von TerraSana eignet sich aus meiner Sicht für Leute, die sich schon ein bisschen mit der Asia-Küche auskennen, denn das Produkt kann mehr, als ich es für meinen laienhaften Einsatz verwendet habe!
