Unfortunately, there is little sushi ginger in organic quality. The consistency and thickness of the slices are good so far. But the flavour is far too sweet! I usually soak it before serving, but that's not really the point. Why can't you find a sensible alternative here? It would be nice to tell the manufacturer, because sushi ginger is intended to neutralise the different types of fish and is not a sweet dish. It's also unnecessary calories - if you're eating sensibly, you can't really do that!

Leider gibt es wenig Sushi-Ingwer in Bioqualität. Die Konsistenz und Scheibendicke sind soweit gut. Aber geschmacklich viel zu süß! Meist wässere ich ihn vor dem Servieren, aber das ist eigentlich nicht der Sinn. Warum kann man hier nicht eine vernünftige Alternative finden? Wäre schön es dem Hersteller mitzuteilen, denn Sushi Ingwer ist zum neutralisieren der verschieden Fischsorten gedacht und keine Süßspeise. Auch sind das unnötige Kalorien, wenn man sich vernünftig ernährt, geht das eigentlich gar nicht!
