: Review date:For me, THE best dried tomatoes on the organic market. Unfortunately only in 100 g bags, 500 g and 1000 g bags would be nice. I use them for cooking and eating, you can also boil them down, but only for a few minutes. I use the own brand from a health food shop. The tomatoes are not tough, nice and red and not too salty.
Für mich DIE besten getrockneten Tomaten die es auf dem Bio Markt gibt. Leider nur in 100 g Tütchen, schön wären 500 g und 1000 g Tüten. Die verwende ich zum kochen und so zum essen, einkochen kann man sie auch, allerdings nur ein paar Minuten. Da nutze ich dann von einem Bioladen die Eigenmarke. Die Tomaten sind nicht zäh, schön rot und nicht all zu salzig.

Very fruity & deliciously aromatic, not too firm and not too dry, not at all straw-like like some other varieties, can be cut and enjoyed directly, even without soaking or cooking beforehand. Unfortunately I can only get them here, they're out of stock at the moment, I hope they'll be back soon.
Lieblings- Trockentomaten! Sehr fruchtig & lecker aromatisch, nicht zu fest und nicht zu trocken, überhaupt nicht strohig wie manch andere Sorte, lassen sich direkt schneiden und genießen, auch ohne vorher einzuweichen oder mit zu garen. Bekomme die leider nur hier, im Moment leider vergriffen, ich hoffe sie sind bald wieder vorrätig!!!
