TerraSana Organic Strong Tamari in the family-friendly 1-litre bottle. Tamari is a strong Japanese soy sauce made from soybeans and koji (a Japanese noble mould). TerraSana Strong Tamari is produced in the traditional way with a fermentation time of no less than 12 months. The taste of tamari is wonderfully complex and contains all five flavours: salty, sour, sweet, bitter and umami. With this Japanese soy sauce, you can really take any dish to the next level: (miso) soups, noodle dishes, marinades, sushi and even stews!
