TerraSana Organic Junmai Ginjo Sake. Sake is a Japanese wine made from milled rice, koji (a unique Japanese noble mould) and spring water. Sake tastes umami, somewhat sweet and sour and slightly alcoholic. Sake can be drunk cold, at room temperature or warm. Sake is also often used to give meat or fish a delicate texture, to flavour (miso) soups and broths and to deglaze wok or braised dishes.
