TerraSana Organic Rice Paper. With these sheets of rice paper, you can prepare delicious summer rolls (Asian snack) in no time. A fresh spring roll that you dip in light sauce. Simply fill, roll and enjoy. Of course, you can also deep-fry them in vegetable oil until they are brown.
Preparation: 
Cut the desired filling into julienne (narrow strips). Dip the rice sheets one by one in lukewarm/warm (not boiling) water. Place the filling in the middle of the rice sheet. Fold the sides inwards and roll up tightly. 
Tips for the filling: carrot strips or slices, spring onions, peppers, cucumber, avocado, red peppers, sprouts, mango, coriander, mint, (glass) noodles, sushi ginger, prawns.

For me, the very best rice papers you can buy in the organic sector or in general. Great to work with and have a wonderful taste. They are also good for frying. I always have some at home now.
